公司机加车间配置自动化生产线55条，综合年产量达600万件。工序包括车、钻、磨、淬火、压装、检测和清洗包装等。车间内主要设备包括数控车床、磨床、立式加工中心、无心磨、抛光机、清洗机、检测机等多类高尖端精密加工设备。此外公司还研发了视觉检测系统，提高了凸轮轴的检测效率与准确率。旨在运用自动化、现代化生产设备，实现产量与质量的双重保障。
The company's machining workshop is equipped with 55 automated production lines, with a comprehensive annual output of 6 million pieces. The process includes turning, drilling, grinding, quenching, press-fitting, testing and cleaning packaging. The main equipment in the workshop includes CNC lathes, grinding machines, vertical machining centers, centerless grinders, polishing machines, cleaning machines, testing machines and other high-end precision processing equipment. In addition, the company has also developed a visual inspection system to improve the inspection efficiency and accuracy of camshafts. It aims to use automated and modern production equipment to achieve dual guarantee of output and quality.
公司铸造车间配备三条潮模砂生产线，集成自动造型机、感应电炉、自动浇注机、浇铸冷却线及砂处理系统，辅以先进上位机管理系统指导，实现了高效、智能化的生产，常规毛坯产能约700万件/年，年产量超过10,000吨。
The casting workshop of the company is equipped with three tide sand production lines, integrated automatic molding machine, induction furnace, automatic pouring machine, casting cooling line and sand treatment system, supplemented by advanced computer management system guidance, to achieve efficient and intelligent production, conventional blank production capacity of about 7 million pieces/year, annual output of more than 10,000 tons.
